By securing the track of an excavator or other tracked machine
the
opportunity for the unit to be driven away or winched onto a
trailer
is minimised. In addition the TLD Track Locks are specifically
designed
to have a trailer attached to them which makes it almost
impossible
for the unit to be moved or lifted off site.
The can also be used in conjunction with TLD Security Chains to
secure
the machine to other equipment or any immovable object such as
a lamp
post or a telegraph pole.

RUBBER TRACK LOCK KIT
A neat cost effective device to secure the track of any rubber
tracked
crawler machine. The kit comprises single and dual locking
plates, shackle,
fully armoured heavy duty box lock and a mounting plate which
is welded
to the machines undercarriage.
 With
one track
locked the machine is virtually incapable of being loaded onto
transport
or being driven away.

METAL TRACK LOCK KIT
This unique system utilises an extended spider lock which,
with the
addition of a simple bracket welded to the undercarriage of the
machine,
securely locks the track in position. The spider lock
incorporates a
drill-proof, anti-pick high security cylinder lock within a
case hardened
body and locking pin, making it virtually impregnable.
To operate this unit it is simply a matter of aligning the
holes in
the track (which need to be drilled or cut) and bracket before
fixing
the spider lock in place. The metal Track Lock can also be used
in conjunction
with High Security Chains to secure the machine to other
equipment or
any immovable object such as a telegraph pole or lamp post.
